To Mary's Family, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved mother. Through the years I have thought about her often, and all the great people that were part of our "extended" family at CE. I have had the privilege of working and knowing Mary at CE. After they closed the doors for good back in 1991, I knew I would probably never again see these people who became such a wonderful part of my life. But I can honestly say, that every Christmas since, I tell the tale about how this wonderful lady (your mom) would bring me in these delectable cookies, and I would eat every one myself! They may have closed the doors, but they cannot take away many happy memories! My thoughts and prayers are with you, Jackie
