Mary A. ( Fonfara ) Zukowski 83 formerly of Windsor, Wife of the late Clifford C. Zukowski Sr. died Sat. January 3, 2009 at a local nursing home. Mary was born in Chicopee MA. the daughter of the late Anthony and Apalonia Zukowski and lived in Windsor most all of her life. Mary was employed at Combustion Engineering for many years retiring in 1991. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Suffield. Mary is survived by a son Clifford C. Zukowski Jr. of East Granby, three grand children Lindsay West, Jayson Zukowski, Daniel Zukowski and two great grand children Alexandrine, and Keaghan West. Besides her husband Clifford Sr, she was pre deceased by a daughter Claudia Zukowski. The funeral Services will be Tuesday January 6, at 10AM at the Heritage Funeral Home 1240 Mountain Rd. West Suffield. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Poquonock.
