Anna Rose Hijeck 77, of Suffield, beloved wife of Chester J. Hijeck for over 55 years passed away in the comfort of her own home with her husband by her side on Monday, July 16, 2012. She was born in Suffield the daughter of the late Stewart and Rose (Caramazza) Adams. Anna lived in Suffield all her life. She was employed by the Suffield School System for over 25 years. She was a communicate of St. Joseph Church, and enjoyed bingo and visiting Foxwoods. Besides her loving husband, Chester, she is survived by two brothers and one sister-in-law, Joseph and Judy Adams, and Stephen Adams all of West Suffield and along with many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be on Thursday, July 19, at 9am from The Heritage Funeral Home 1240 Mountain Road, West Suffield, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Joseph Church in Suffield. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call to the Heritage Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 18, from 6-8PM.
