Felix Francis Gremmo, 97, of Suffield passed away peacefully on April 9, 2014 at Eagle Pointe of The Suffield House, Suffield. He lived in Manchester, CT until moving to Suffield in 1990.

He is survived by his wife, Oline Przybiski-Gremmo; one son, Francis Arthur Gremmo and his wife Marcia; two sisters, Lee Rampula and Josie Patelli; grandchildren, Julie Novitch, Karen Caicedo, Eric Gremmo, and Jillian Fra; six great-grandchildren; stepchildren Chris Baumann, Linda Adams, Edward Przybiski, and Cathy Tyler; and eight step-great-grandchildren; and his special furry friend Liza Jane.

Felix was predeceased by his wife of 49 years Johanna Gentilcore Gremmo and his daughter-in-law Nancy Gremmo.

Felix enjoyed a meaningful career as a successful entrepreneur owning and operating Gremmo & Sons Sales for over 40 years. He was an avid runner; and a member of the Silk City Striders and ran in the Thanksgiving Manchester Road Race for over 20 years. Felix will be remembered as a kind and generous gentleman, with a big heart

The Funeral Services will be Monday, April 14, 2014 at 11AM at the Heritage Funeral Home 1240 Mountain Road, West Suffield. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9-11AM prior to the service. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Manchester.
