Edward a. Nogas Jr. 55 of West Suffield died Sunday, April 23, 2006 at his home. He was born in Hartford, the son of the late Edward A. and Jean (Storozuk) Nogas and grew up in Wethersfield. Ed lived in West Suffield for the last 20 years. Ed was employed by the U.S. Postal Service until his retirement. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Ed enjoyed restoring old cars and was an avid Yankee and Giants Fan.
Ed is survived by a son Edward A. Nogas III of Arlington VA, a daughter Courtney Nogas of Suffield, a grandson Edward A. Nogas IV, two brothers: Gregory Nogas of Wolcot and Kenneth Nogas of Weatogue; a sister Andrea Nogas of Maine, and a special friend Mary Olsen of Vernon.
The funeral services will be held at a later date. The Heritage Funeral Home has care of the arrangements.
