The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lawrence Green can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolences

Condolence From: Bob Bauchiero
Condolence: Mrs. Green, I am very sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. When I learned of Coach Green’s passing, my mind went back in time and reflected on my high school days and playing hockey under Coach Green’s direction. After some time, I then took a look at how I arrived where I am today and who helped me get here. Coach Green is one of the people responsible for getting me here. Although I did not realize it at the time Coach Green’s discipline, work ethic, and teaching methods were instilled in me and remain with me to this very day. I am fortunate to have known, and learned from Coach Green. To this day I can still see Coach Green standing on the bench with his green thermos in hand, screaming FLY as we moved the puck down the ice. Coach Green you may have left this life but you still play apart in mine. Bob Bauchiero SHS 1980

Condolence: Mrs. Green, Bruce, and family. So sorry for your loss. It is our loss never to have met Mr.Green; however, we feel connected given the many fond memories of events and times that Bruce had spent with his father. He always spoke so highly of his dad and the stories he tells at the airport of flying, hockey, teaching, Mr. Green's Army servive, ect. let us know how much love there is in your family. God Bless....

Condolence: Larry, Bruce and Family:

You will always be thought of as the most loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, friend and teacher.

You have touched so many lives without even knowing many of the people. As a teacher and mentor you have affected generations to come.

“A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops.” Henry Adams

I am sure that you will always be there to listen to your loved ones and they should take comfort in that fact. May you rest in peace and be assured that at some time we will all be reunited.

“I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love.” -(Leo Buscaglia).

Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.
There is now one more very special angel keeping watch over us from above!

I did not know Mr. Green well personally, but felt like I did because I heard so many stories about him and his adventures. I know he was the best kind of grandfather to Dan and Chris too. I know you will miss him, and hope that your many wonderful memories bring you peace. Keeping you all in my prayers.
