Obituary for Everett ""Jody" "Ev"" Freeman

Everett “Jody” Freeman, 72, of Enfield passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital. He was born on September 29, 1939, the son of Doris Legenzia and the late Everett Freeman and has lived in Enfield all his life. Everett “Ev” was a the Chairmen of Trapp and Skeet, Directory of Archery, and the Range Master at The Rockville Fish and Game Club. He was also an avid hunter and fishermen. He is survived by his beloved companion of 35 years Anne-Marie Bergeron of Enfield, his mother Doris Legenzia of Enfield, his son and daughter-in-law Donald P. and Ann-Marie Freeman of Granville, MA; his son Daniel E. Freeman of TX, and step-son John Bergeron, a brother and sister-in-law Ronald and Anna Freeman of Ashford; a brother Eric Lopez of Enfield, and two grandchildren Elizabeth Mae, and Adam Michael. Friends may call to The Heritage Funeral Home 1240 Mountain Road, West Suffield, on Saturday, April 21, from 11 AM to1 PM. The funeral service will begin at 1pm at Heritage Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, in East Granby. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donation may to the American Heart Association: P.O.Box 417005, Boston, MA, 02241-7005.
